Individual market means the market for health insurance coverage offered to individuals other than Trading means and includes subscribing, buying, selling, dealing, or agreeing to subscribe, buy, sell, deal in any securities, and "trade" shall be construed accordingly. Relevant Stock Exchange for the Fund means the primary exchange or quotation system on which shares (or other applicable securities) of the Fund are traded, as determined by the Calculation Agent. Recognised Market means any stock exchange or market specified in the Prospectus provided that, with the exception of permitted investments in unlisted securities and off- exchange derivative instruments, investment in securities or financial derivative instruments will be made only in securities or financial derivative instruments listed or traded on an exchange or market (including derivative markets) which meets the regulatory criteria (regulated, operating regularly, recognised and open to the public) and which is listed in the Prospectus. NYSE American means the NYSE American LLC Listed means an obligation that is quoted, listed or ordinarily purchased and sold on an exchange andĭesignated Stock Exchange means any United States national securities exchange on which the securities of the Company are listed for trading, including the Nasdaq Capital Market. Recognised stock exchange means any stock exchange agreed upon by the competent authorities of the Contracting Parties
